central location unique balcony great gym slow check-in unhelpful staff long wait
The location is very central to everything, a GREAT plus. The room was clean and the balconies are definitely a unique touch. The gym was the best I have seen.
Check-in took over 30 minutes. It was not ideal. I waited a while at the front desk. There was NO help with luggage after getting out of the cab even though staff were standing there.

the rooms was clean and spacious there. it was relatively quiet for a hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating too.
the rooms are old and outdated, i saw furniture falling apart.

great view spacious room easy parking
the location is amazing it is right on the strip. the room was spacious and clean it had great views from the balcony. getting off the freeway and into parking was easy.
i was disappointed in the staffs lack of assistance when i lost sunglasses in the room.

Really good Stay, Fountain View Room
clean room fountain view great service day bed
The room was very clean and well serviced daily. I liked the fountain view from the Chelsea Tower. The drink service in the casino was great especially on the Chelsea side. I also booked a day bed at the Chelsea pool and the service was top notch there.
The shower head could use more pressure it made hair washing difficult.

dishonest employees dirty shower
The room decorations seemed appealing. I did enjoy the free ice and wine.
I found the front desk employees rather dishonest. I gave one a tip, then I learned the room had no bathtub, even though he assured me it did. The shower head looked very dirty and some beds looked broken. I feel tricked..

bellagio view hot tub accommodating staff amazing food
the hotel is amazing!!! my room overlooked the bellagio and included a hot tub overlooking it. this was chef's kiss! front desk agents were accommodating. speak easys were awesome! the food was AMAZING!!!
the f&b coupon was a bit difficult to use. i wish the process was more streamlined.

slow check-in long wait
the location proved convenient.
the check-in process was notably slow. i waited for over 40 minutes on a monday, then i learned my room was not ready even past 3 pm. i had to wait an additional 30 minutes to finally get into my room.
